Ballroom Dancing Culminating Event & Colors of the Rainbow Competition Information

Our ballroom dancing culminating event for students to showcase their learning with their families is going to be on Friday, December 8th in our gymnasium beginning at 9:30. AM. The fifth graders will showcase what they've learned:  the Merengue, the Foxtrot, the Rumba, the Tango, The Heel-Toe Polka, The Waltz, and The Swing.  The event usually lasts a little over an hour, and it's typically very well-attended (so you'll want to get here in time to find parking and a seat if you're coming).

Congratulations to Abby, Lucia, Romy, Conner, Liam, and Ragavan for earning spots on the Culminating Event Dance Team.  They have special roles in highlighting particular dances, before all the students in a class join in.  

Congratulations to Adeline, Faith, Dane, and Lukas for earning spots on the Colours of the Rainbow Dance Competition Team.  They will compete in the Regional Semi-final on Saturday, December 9th at Todd Beamer High School.  If you want more information about the competition or are a parent of one of the competing students, please select this link.
